YOGA for Everyone!
Mondays at 10 am
There is no charge. During YOGA, regular activities and machines are “closed.”
This is Gentle Yoga. Our participants have MS, stroke, spinal injuries, TBI and more. Wheelchairs are welcome. Our volunteers help with gentle assists, guidance and instruction.
Grab a chair and spend 20 minutes doing Chair Yoga with Nancy Neale, Registered Yoga Teacher. Chair Yoga gives you a personally-productive physical break from busy office or computer work. Stretch – Relax – Relieve Tension – No clothes change. No sweat!
